JOB DESCRIPTION

Role – Backend Operations Executive

Summary - You will be required to work in a fast-moving work environment as a part of the operations
team. This will be a back-end position.

Duties -

1. Allocation of projects to writers/freelancers.


2. Negotiate with writers/freelancers.
3. Managing on time delivery of projects.
4. Onboard/recruit freelancers.
5. Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.
6. Assisting with inventory control.
7. Assisting and supporting management.
8. Training, managing and mentoring team members

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field.


2. Previous work experience as an Office Executive.
3. Excellent organizational skills.
4. Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
5. Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
6. Ability to work as part of a team.
7. High-level written and verbal communication skills.

Work Experience – Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
