Mr. Ponda, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the

Petitioner informs this Court that chargesheet is fled by the State

and the Magistrate has taken cognizance after fling the

chargesheet. In view of the aforesaid development, he prays for

leave to amend the main Petition and also seeks direction to the

Magistrate to expedite the issuance of the copy of the

chargesheet. He submits that the necessary amendment will be

carried out within two weeks.

2. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out within two

weeks from today. Amended copy of the Petition be placed on

record after serving the copy of such amended Petition on

learned counsel appearing for respective Respondents.

3. The concerned learned Magistrate shall expedite the

issuance of the copy of the chargesheet with all accompaniments

on formal request by the Petitioner through his advocate.

4. List the matter on 06.01.2021 for hearing through video

conferencing.

of this Court. All concerned will act on production by fax or email

of a digitally signed copy of this order.
