In pursuit of this, we would like to request a road closure of the route from the corner street
from Petron up to the street in front of Puregold Iriga. This is to ensure any untoward
incident due to passing vehicles while the aforesaid activity is being held on the said time. We
suggest that the closure begin from 4pm, an hour before the event until 7pm an hour after
the event during the restoration and cleaning up of the venue.

Monday at 8:00 AM. One of the highlights of this event is the Cheer dance Competition. With
this, we intend to conduct a blockings/practice for the participating students of the said event at
the Iriga City Sports Center on March 11, 2023, Saturday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM thus,
would like to seek permission from your office to allow us to use the said venue.

Additionally, we also would like to request the same permission for the venue preparation such
as decoration, dry runs and venue inspection on March 12, 2023, Sunday from 1:00 PM to
8:00 PM.
