SUSTAINABILITY
The designers opted to use reinforced concrete instead of
synthetic materials. It can lessen the need for columns, saving
resources and lessening the impact on the environment. The
architects also came up with a plan to elevate the house so that
the flood wouldn't get inside. The architects make the most of
the huge windows to maximize energy efficiency while
providing access to the garden. Additionally, ventilation
maintains a home clean and free of environmental health
hazards. owing to its resilience and sustainability, as well as the
privacy-preserving skylight covering.

APPLICATION
The design strategy matches the distinct preferences of the
client. Given the construction budget, the architects can create
a two-story modern residence that satisfies the client's
requirements. Development and Progress' designers
thoroughly examined the site to identify any potential issues
and devise ideas for how to address them in a way that would
ensure the Santos family's safety while also producing a result
that matched the client's ideal home. The architects, Ms. Olivia
Santos and his family, and everyone involved in the project
hope that this two-story modern house will turn out well.
SYNOPSIS
B. CONCLUSION

Ms. Santos made it clear throughout the interview that she

wanted the home to have a tranquil space where his parents
and siblings could congregate for quiet family time. Solid
concrete walls will be used because the client wants to
construct a residence that will last for many generations. Due
of Narra flooring's great long-lasting termite protection
function, designers will also use it. In order to let in natural
light and give the home privacy, a skylight with strong
polycarbonate roofing will also be constructed at the garage.
