Construction of Restaurant Building Six Month

 The construction of restaurant building in canadore college, North Bay having


Background plinth area of approximately 12,345 square feet. The building is single storey
framed structure.
 As a final term project this team is construction the building which would be
carried out by team itself or contracting sub-contractor for partial of work.
 College Dean, College Admin & Finance, Project team, material suppliers and
sub-contractor will be responsible, accountable and involved for the
construction of this project.

Mission  As a students of construction Project Management course for the final term
And project constructing college restaurant in the college premises.
Objectives  After completion of the construction of the restaurant building many students
facing challenges for outdoor food in the winter season will be benefited.
 The funding source is from Canadore college and the approximate budget for
Budget the completion of this project is estimated to be $10,000,00.00
And  From the cost of contingency fund allocated by the finance team every year this
Resources project needs some tools and equipment to function well.
 On the job training is provided to the project staff before starting the
construction work, and near future there is a plan to train and operate the
restaurant.

Roles  Project Sponsor, Project Manager, Construction Project Manager along with
And Admin/Finance and design team are associated with this project and each

 The expert project team is involved for the completion of this project along side
with the sub-contractor.
 Project Sponsor/Owner has full authority over this project.

Team  Project Manager is the authentication person for the construction of this
Operations project and he has decision making power in any conflict.
 The stakeholder register maintains the record of in and out of any team
member during the construction period.

 The construction of new restaurant inside the college premises and scope of
Scope this project will include development and management of more than 200
seated restaurant. The restaurant will include a Conference Hall (80 customer
capacity) and a garden (50 customer capacity). The restaurant will also include
a 5-10 km home delivery radius. It will also need licensing for opening up of
a commercial restaurant in near future.

Performance  There is a progress tracking system in the project team, in every consequence

14. Create CCB

Change control board is abbreviated as CCB, as the project will receive change requests and these must be
evaluated by the change control board.
The board is responsible for reviewing and analyzing change requests. Once a change request is submitted,
this is analyzed by the CCB
