 TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. No members of the group may indulge in any act reflecting moral or character failing during the trip.

2. Using drugs or found party to drug sale or possession is strictly prohibited. Anyone found using any kind of drug will be expelled from the trip immediately and
will not be eligible for any kind of refund.

3. Peak of Blossom & Autumn are in April & November respectively; pictures attached in the plan are of peak seasons. Although we always try our best to give you
the best experiences of Nature; but as Landscapes depend on weather conditions Traverse must not be held responsible for varying Nature conditions.

4. All members must give extra care for the local environment; garbage (tins, water bottles, wrappers etc) shall be suitably disposed without causing any pollution.

5. Traverse Pakistan reserves the right to cancel the trip without prior notice for any reasons deemed appropriate by them. In such a case the registered participants
will receive full refund.

6. During the trip, the itineraries may be affected by reasons beyond control of the hosts like unavailability of hotels after the closing date of registrations. In such
situation, Traverse Pakistan may not be held responsible.

7. On steep ascends in mountainous areas, air conditioning will be operational based on "on/off" basis to keep the vehicles from overheating.

8. Every possible care will be taken for the safety of members. However each venture can be fraught with unforeseen natural disasters like avalanches and crevasse
falls or any other accidents and sometimes such disasters cannot be ruled out. In case of such an incident, Traverse Pakistan, group leader and the tour organizers
may not be held responsible in any form.

9. In case of theft, lost or damage to personal belongings during the trip, Traverse Pakistan may not be held responsible.

10. In case of trek or trip, weather, local politics, transport or a multitude of other factors beyond the control of organizers can result in a change of itinerary. It is,
however, highly unlikely that the itinerary would be substantially altered. If alterations are necessary the group leader and tour organizer will decide the most
suitable alternative, taking into consideration the best interest of the whole group.

11. In case of refund, Traverse Pakistan will make refund within 6 working days.

12. Traverse Pakistan reserves the right to assign seats in the Coaster/Hi Roof, in certain cases.

13. Traverse Pakistan reserves the right to use group photos for electronic/digital media.

14. Smoking in the transport is strictly prohibited.

15. Cancellation Policy:

1. 48 HRS or less, 100% cancellation charge does apply.

2. 3 days or more– 50% cancellation charge does apply.
