Project Summary:
The Queuing System is a system that will automate the process of controlling customers flow. The
system will be an effective tool to avoid inconvenience and hassle in availing service dues to long
queues.
It streamlines the clients’ queueing experience and controls the flow of people in the service facility. It
ensures that clients are served in the right order and efficiently, ultimately enhancing the clients
experience. Also, this manages the waiting experience of the client throughout all the touchpoints with
the service facility, from pre-service up to after service.
The main benefits of this Queueing System include: (1) Efficiency across all touchpoints; (2) Gathering of
client details before being served to eliminate queues in some counters; (3) Provide clients an estimate
of their waiting time based on the number of clients ahead of them in the queue; (4) Allow clients to
monitor their turn from anywhere via online; (5) Enhances productivity; (6) Record Management
(provides a database system that make the record queue list electronic and easy to be accesed.
