DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is entered and executed by and between;

(₱300,000.00) receipt of which is hereby acknowledge by the VENDOR from the VENDEE, the VENDOR
hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY, and DELIVER in a manner of absolute and irrevocable, in favor of
the VENDEE, the above mentioned parcel of land free from all liens and encumbrances whatsoever.

WHEREAS, the VENDOR does hereby warrant valid and peaceful possession of the property
herein sold and conveyed, and further declares, that the same is free and clear of all liens and
encumbrances of any kind whatsoever.
