1. If your colleagues had an opportunity to tell us your primary strength what
would that be? Your weaknesses what would that be?
●My strengths are my dedication and my credibility. I am dedicated towards my job. I try
to do every work, let it be small work or big work, I do it with full attention and
concentration. And I only take my mind off of work when it is done. This helps me to
achieve my goals and set higher goals.

My weakness is that sometimes I get bored when I have to do the same work
repeatedly. I think this happens because of my lack of patience. I am working on it and I
will surely overcome this weakness.
2. What do you do when others resist to reject your ideas or actions?

● Accept what happened.

●Grow from experience
Being rejected is not easy to accept but the worst thing to cope with rejection is to deny
it so acceptance is the key to process your emotions regards of what happen. Just hear
out their reason, because everything happens for a reason.
3.What is your interpretation about success?

● For me success is the goal that you aim of your hard work and patiently waiting and
about perception. It can be a defeat, but if you think that it is a good result you will be
happy.
4. Suppose you are in the situation where deadlines and priorities change
frequently and rapidly. How would you handle it?
●Don't take shifting priorities personally. ...
● Maintain your focus. ...
● Communicate clearly with senior management. ...
● Find the right project resource management software. ...
● Track the progress of projects closely.
If ever this would happen I would handle it as what I stated above and also I will
manage my time wisely.
5. Tell me about a time when you were a part of a great team. What was your part
in the success of your team?
● There was a time that I am the team leader of the group so as a team leader you must
give your fully support to your team. Being a leader you must have these qualities;
hardworking, patient, considerate and you must listen to every suggestion so I can say I
have done a great job which is being a good leader that done a job with a great
success. So that was my part in the success as a team.
