Greetings!

This is in connection to the commitment with our club Duties and Responsibilities as MEMBER stated
in the MAGNA CARTA of THE FRATERNAL ORDERS OF EAGLES, PHILIPPINE EAGLES INC.

We are writing to you due to your recent lack of attendance and participation in our club meetings and
club activities. You have missed regular meetings in the last 5 months starting NOVEMBER 2022. We
are having trouble achieving a quorum because of your lack of participation. We understand that
there are many things in life that detract or hinder us from being as active as we should be, but we
want to remind you that it’s your duty as a member to attend and participate in any meetings and
activities the Club will held.

This letter will serve as your first written warning. Thank you and have a great day!
