Sub: Regarding resignation from the post of “ xxxxxxxx”

Dear Sir,

Kindly accept this as my formal resignation from We Globe solution Pvt. Ltd. with immediate
effect. My last day of service will be 7 May 2023. Request you to clear my salary from 1 April
2023 to 7 May 2023. Due to personal reasons, it would not be possible for me to serve the
notice period. Kindly provide my experience letter, so that I may prove my worth in case I am to
continue in the same profession.

The past 4 month have been very rewarding. It was a pleasure to work with you. I deeply
appreciate the opportunities I have been provided with, during my service period. I am grateful
for all your assistance because without your help and support, it would not have been possible
for me to be what is I am.

Thank you Sir for providing me with the opportunities for growth. I will always be available to
ensure a smooth transition after I move on.
