VALIDATION REPORT

STATEMENT OF FACTS:

This inclusion/Exclusion of names of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs)

refers to an agricultural land with OCT/TCT No. __ CLOA-14,478 ____ consisting of
SEVENTY-TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRENDTWENTY ONE (72,621 sq. m.) square
meter or 7.2621 hectares.

The said CLOA was issued in the name of the following Agrarian Reform
Beneficiaries (ARBs) namely:

1. SPS. Cleopatra M. Paninsoro and Nestor Paninsoro;

2. SPS. Welfredo R. Coyoca and Wilma Coyoca;
3. SPS. Anecita C. Ejercito and Ricardo Ejercito;
4. SPS. Amelia C. Sumile and Avelino Sumile;
5. SPS. Bienvenido F. Camansi, Jr. and Lilibeth Camansi;
6. Antonio R. Coyoca;
7. SPS. Edelberto R. Coyoca and Estela Coyoca;
8. SPS. Melinda C. Sumile and Antonio Sumile;
9. SPS. Teresita C. Eboras and Anastacio Eboras;
10. Jesus Coyoca; and
11. Wyrlaine M. Paninsoro

FINDINGS:

On June 29, 2012 OCT/TCT No. CLOA-14,478 was issued by the Register of
Deeds of Lanao del Norte in favor of the above names of farmer beneficiaries. However,
during the ocular inspection conducted by the DARMO SAPAD, it was revealed that
Cleopatra M. Paninsoro and Nestor Paninsoro waived their area of tillage in favor of
Claire Paninsoro and Ardwin Paninsoro. Similarly, the following farmer beneficiaries
have already abandoned the land awarded to them, namely:

1. Bienvenido F. Camansi, Jr.;

2. Lilibeth Camansi; and
3. Wyrlaine M. Paninsoro

Instead it was the following farmer beneficiaries who were actually occupying,
tilling and cultivating the said landholding and the one who made improvements
thereon up to the present and subsequently made the land productive namely:

1. Claire Paninsoro;
2. Ardwin Paninsoro;
3. Rosanelia Coyoca;
4. Evelyn Coyoca;
5. Vecinta Coyoca; and
6. Amparo Coyoca
RECOMMENDATION:

Based on the field inspection report of BARC ANTONIO JUMAO-AS and MARPO’s
Staff CAIRODEN M. LANTO and the certificate of posting compliance together with the
finding as stated above, the undersigned strongly recommends for the exclusion of
those named Farmer Beneficiaries who abandoned their farm lot and the Inclusion of
the New Identified farmer beneficiaries in the OCT/TCT No. CLOA-14,478.
