    Good day! My name is Joone Xyron Creencia and my purpose for writing is to appeal for late
    registration this semester. I was unable to provide enough funds to pay for my tuition fees during
    the registration period and was thus unable to pay my dues. As we have now procured enough
    funds to pay for my tuition fees this semester, I would like to appeal to be allowed to undergo late
    registration and I would like to ask for your help and consideration regarding this matter.
