1.) The paper contains both practical and theory questions.

2.) All the theory question must be answered but the order in which they are

answered does not matter. Indicate the question number correctly. Save your

practical work in your examination diskette.

3.) Good handwriting will earn you more marks.

4.) After you finish your examination, put your answer sheet and question sheet

together and hand them over to the invigilator.

5.) Make sure that you have writing material before starting the examination

PRACTICALS [60 MARKS]

Assume that you have been invited to the Co-operative bank staff motivation
seminar. Prepare the following presentation and complete the tasks that follow.
You can use different pictures from the ones used in the slides below.

1.) Create an introductory slide containing you name as the presenter and
YOUR ATTITUDE as the title.
2.) Apply an appropriate slide animation to the slides contents
3.) Apply slide transition to run automatically
4.) Setup your show to run in a continuous loop
5.) Apply a beautiful slide design to the show
6.) Create a new slide at the end of the show and insert word art reading END
7.) Underline all the titles in the slide master
8.) Insert footer in the slide showing the slide number and date and text

9.) Ensure that your clipart match the theme of the quotes
10.) Save your work in your exams folder as Motivation show
