Key Responsibilities;

 I devise, deploy and monitor processes to boost long-term business success and increase profit
levels. With these I employed strategies that assisted the station in increasing on its fuel sales
growth by 20% for the period 2019/2020.
 I Developed and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers through continual
communication and contact.
 Am responsible for Scheduling employees for shifts, taking into account customer traffic and
employee strengths ,this is done by putting in place duty and shift rotations for both Customer
Service Attendants and Station Supervisors.
 I on a day to day basis observe each employee's individual strengths and initiate mentoring

in fuel and gas sector.
