Key Responsibilities;
I devise, deploy and monitor processes to boost long-term business success and increase profit
levels. With these I employed strategies that assisted the station in increasing on its fuel sales
growth by 20% for the period 2019/2020.
I Developed and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers through continual
communication and contact.
Am responsible for Scheduling employees for shifts, taking into account customer traffic and
employee strengths ,this is done by putting in place duty and shift rotations for both Customer
Service Attendants and Station Supervisors.
I on a day to day basis observe each employee's individual strengths and initiate mentoring
programs to improve areas of weakness and to continuously improve knowledge and abilities
in fuel and gas sector.
I directly manage, develop, lead, coach and motivate a team of 2 Station Supervisors, 9
Customer Service Attendants,1 Cleaner,4 Sales Representatives dealing with gas sales and 4
Security officers, all performing different roles at the service station, resulting in an increase in
annual revenue and profits.
I Drive year-over-year business growth while leading operations, strategic vision and long
range planning and bringing in new clientele through carrying out regular marketing of the fuel
and gas products.
I take part in implementing business strategies by executing and increasing revenue and
effectively targeting new markets.
I interact well with Station Supervisors, Customer Service Attendants and customers to build
connections and nurture relationships.
I Discover areas of improvement by generating Monthly operational and sales reports and
providing solutions on how the improvements can be done effectively and efficiently.
I train, coach and mentor staff to support smooth adoption of new programs and tasks to be
performed at the service stations.
I manage purchases, sales, and marketing and customer account operations efficiently.
