1. This document provides troubleshooting steps for disk centrifuge equipment slag discharge leakage. It involves checking the operating water system, pressure, flow rate and for leaks. It also involves checking the internal seal of the drum for wear, damage, or improper installation of sealing rings that could cause leaks.
2. On-site, the equipment was completely unsealed during a water test, allowing water into the equipment and leakage at the slag discharge port. This was likely due to either a problem with the operating water system or ineffective sealing within the drum due to issues with the small piston or drum sealing rings.
3. If checking all parts and replacing worn seals does not resolve the leakage, replacing the entire small

Disk centrifuge equipment slag discharge leakage troubleshooting steps
1、 Check whether the operating water pipe can work normally
1.1、Check whether the circuit of solenoid valve 611 is connected according
to the wire number in the electrical schematic diagram; Check whether the line is loose; Check whether the solenoid valve has water leakage (normally, the solenoid valve is normally closed and will not flow out of water. It can only be opened when it is powered on). 1.2 、Check whether the pressure of 609 pressure gauge is 0.25-0.5Mpa and stable. 1.3、Check whether the flow of operating water inlet meets 1-1.5m3/h. If the flow is too large, it is recommended to reduce it. Too much water will also cause the equipment to be unable to seal and discharge slag normally. You can also reduce the water inlet pressure (for example, 0.35Mpa now, you can try to adjust it to 0.25Mpa or 0.2Mpa). This article only appeared in a few cases. It can be adjusted as appropriate. 1.4、Check the two water pipes of 603 for water leakage. 1.5 、 Check the water outlet condition of 601 water inlet cover. The sealing water (with large water flow and long time) is discharged from the upper circle of holes, and the slag discharge water (with small water flow and short time) is discharged from the lower circle of holes. 2、Check whether the internal seal of the drum is intact 2.1 、 Check whether the sealing surface of 221 nylon valve element is flat, and replace it if there are dents; Check whether the sealing rings 223 and 224 have burrs on the surface or are not installed in place. If the small piston does not move smoothly, it can be considered to apply lubricating grease. If it is still too tight, it can be considered to remove the outer skin of the seal ring 224b (see figure). Check whether the drain hole on the 222 small piston (see Fig.) is smooth. 2.2. Check whether 212 sealing ring is worn due to thread peeling. If so, it is recommended to replace the sealing ring; Check whether the sealing surface of the outer ring of the sealing ring is flat. 2.3、Check whether the sealing surface of 208 nylon sealing ring is flat. If there are grooves or large particles of impurities stuck on the sealing surface, it is recommended to replace them; If the depth of the depression exceeds 0.1mm, it is also recommended to replace it. 2.4、Check whether the 218 sealing ring is in good condition. If the deformation is too serious, it is recommended to replace it. 2.5、Check whether the 204 sealing ring is in good condition. If the deformation is too serious, it is recommended to replace it. Poor sealing here may also lead to leakage. On site situation description: yesterday's water test situation was that after the equipment ran at full speed, water had entered the equipment, the slag discharge port began to leak, and the equipment current rose to 30A, indicating that the equipment was completely unsealed, which was mainly caused by two conditions: 1. The operating water did not enter the equipment, and the large piston basin was not lifted up, which led to liquid leakage at the slag outlet. In this case, check whether the solenoid valve and water pipeline have leakage. 2. The operating water enters the drum, but cannot be sealed. The sealing water leaks, causing leakage at the slag outlet. In this case, check whether the sealing performance of small piston seal ring 221.223224 and each seal ring of drum 218 is intact. If all parts are checked and confirmed to be OK, but the equipment still cannot be sealed, it is recommended to replace a set of old small pistons and try again.
