    Respected Sir,

    In reference to above this is to inform you that we have started the collection of user
    fees at Titoli & Rabawata toll plaza w.e.f. 17.01.2023. But we are not handed over the
    equipments, furniture and administrative building by M/s Highway & Tandon
    Tollways till date. This is causing the delay in full handover process as it has now
    been more than a week since takeover of the toll plaza.

    Your kind action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
