    You are hereby NOTIFIED that the undersigned is hereby REVOKING that
    Special Power of Attorney issued by me in your favor, regarding that parcel of
    land embraced in Original Certificate of Title No. ______________.

    This revocation is effective IMMEDIATELY.

    Please refrain from performing any act pursuant to the said Special Power of
    Attorney. Any further transactions regarding the property shall not be honored,
    and shall not bind the property or any of its owners.
