INTERACT CLUB AWARD RECOGNITION POINT SYSTEM


2022-23

1. There is a “Standard Interact Club Constitution” prescribed by Rotary 10
International. Each Interact club shall adopt the “Standard Interact Club
Constitution”
2. Each member of the Interact club, by their acceptance of membership, agrees to 10
accept and to adhere to the provisions of the constitution and by-laws of the
Interact club
3. Sponsoring Rotary clubs should establish financial guidelines for Interact clubs 10
to ensure that all funds are managed in a responsible and transparent manner
4. The Interact club has updated its club Information before 30th June on RI website 30
before the year end
5. Installation of the Interact club was organized with invitation to the 30
ZIR/DIR/DIS/Director(s)/District Interact Chair
6. Record of regular meetings of the club twice a month was maintained and 20

submitted as monthly report to respective ZIR / District Interact Chair before 7
of following month
7. Interact Alumni Reconnect program was organized 20
8. New members were inducted in the month of August and were given orientation 10
about Interact Club activities

Notes:

1. Teacher In-charge of every Interact club will be given appreciation certificate if


the club gives proper & timely reports to district and parent club.

2. Three Rotarians (Club Presidents / Interact Chair / New Generation chair etc) from
the district shall also be recognized for their support to Interact movement during
the year.

3. Apart from Best Interact Club Award; Three Best Interact Teacher Award shall be
given to Teacher(s) for significant performance for mentoring students of the
Interact Club.

4. All Interact Clubs should send a self-assessed report not later than 7th of next
month to the ZIR, District Interact Chair and Parent Rotary Club Secretary/
President.

5. Annual self-assessed report of point chart in excel format, duly certified by


president / secretary of parent rotary club should be submitted by 30th April 2023
along with relevant evidence / pictures to Rtn. Mukesh G Gupta (District Interact
Chair, 3012). Interact Club activities up to 31st March 2023 only shall be taken
into account for the calculation of points / awards.

6. All the activities done must compulsorily have the Interact and/ or Rotary
logo display in the backdrop while presenting as evidence.

7. In order to motivate the Interact Clubs, District Interact 3012 will also be giving
out a trophy for the ‘Best Interact Club of the Quarter’ for Quarter one, two and
three.
