FAE (field application engineer)

Job Description:
1、Responsible for assisting marketing and sales in product and technical
communication.
2、Responsible for collecting customer requirements, communicating and confirming
customer feedback and tracking the problem resolution process.
3、Responsible for tracking the software delivery progress of the project.
4、Assist in organizing weekly project meetings with customers.
5、Lead technical training to customers.

Job Requirement：
1、Bachelor degree or above, science and technology background is preferred, English
listening, reading and writing skills.
2、Some knowledge of the performance of intelligent hardware products and technical
R&D, experience in technical support of Android products or other overseas
consumer electronics is preferred.
3、Strong communication skills, strong willingness to learn, strong sense of
responsibility and customer service, good project coordination ability, work
timeliness, good at summing-up, analysis and document management.
4、Willingness to travel.
