WAGON 85011-8 AND 85065-3 DERAILMENT ACCIDENT REPORT

Wagon 85011-8 and 85065-3 derailed at GSEZ departure line on September 16th 13 o'clock
during shunting processing. At 16 o'clock, the derailed wagons were relocated on the railway under
the cooperation of GSEZ and CRRC Shandong maintenance team and Setrag.
当地时间 9 月 16 日 13 时许，在 GSEZ 现场进行调车作业时，85011-8 和 85065-3 两辆车
发生脱轨事故。16 时许，在 GSEZ 和中车山东公司维保团队及 Setrag 协作下，将脱轨车辆重
新放置在铁路上。

During the derailment, Wagon maintenance team preliminary inspected of this two wagons and
found the following problems:
脱轨时中车山东公司维保团队对两辆车进行了初步检查，发现问题如下：
85065-3
The bogie no. 2 of the wagon was derailed. The wear discs of center plate was damaged and
must be replaced. The two wheel-sets of this bogie were scratched and must be spin-repairing. The
four sets of bearings of this bogie must be replaced.
85065-3 车辆二位端转向架脱轨，二位心盘磨耗盘损坏须更换，二位端两轮对踏面划伤须
进行旋修处理，二位端转向架上的四套轴承须更换。

The bogie no. 1 of the wagon is derailed. The wear discs of center plate was damaged and must be
replaced. The two wheel-sets of this bogie were scratched and must be spin-repairing. The four sets
of bearings of this bogie must be replaced. The two sets of adapter and bearing rubber pad of this
bogie came out and must be reset.
85011-8 车辆一位端转向架脱轨，一位心盘磨耗盘损坏须更换，一位端两轮对踏面划伤须
进行旋修处理，一位端转向架上的四套轴承须更换，一位端二位侧两套承载鞍及轴箱橡胶垫移
位须复位。

The details must be checked and confirmed after the wagons have been disassembled.
详细情况须在车辆分解后检查确认。
