Gentlemen,

Please be advised that I, the undersigned Master, hereby authorize you as agents to sign
Bill of Lading, on my behalf to the shippers for these cargo ------------ loaded on board
my vessel at San lorenzo port between the date of 17th January2011 to 20th January
2011.
Such Bills of lading to be forwarded to where so ever FAIRFIELD CHEMICAL
CARRIER INC.. should instruct them and agents must seek prior approval from
FAIRFIELD CHEMICAL CARRIERS INC.. prior to signing and releasing such Bill of
Lading.
