JOB OFFER AS EXECUTIVE OFFICER

We are pleased to offer you employment as Executive Officer at Monster

Entertainment Center with effect from November 6, subject to the terms and
conditions.

Your monthly salary shall be of Ringgit Malaysia: Two thousand only per
month and you are entitled to 20 days annual leave subject to prior approval
from the management. You are also entitled to five days of paid sick leave in
a calendar year which must be accompanied by a certificate from a registered
medical practitioner.

You will be required to undergo a probationary period of six months from the
date of employment commencement. Your performance will be reviewed by
the top management who reserves the right to confirm or terminate your
employment.
