All our messages from patients need to go to clinical to be evaluated
and then they will send them off
 No one behind the front other then staff

o If it does not fit in the foam cup (break room coffee), then it
cannot be eaten up front

 Please work a week ahead to get as much information as
possible.
 Insurance, PCP, emergency contact, look for
insurance that needs referral (VA) this is not being
done.
 Call patient and document in the telephone
encounter what we need if you must leave a
message so whoever gets it knows what to ask.
