KYOTO ELECTRONICS.MFG.CO How to replace parts ADP-611
Once you have replaced the main boards
1. Connect the ADP-611 and your computer with the connection cable(12-02012、64-00625)
2. Run the software (RSCWIN.exe).
3. Set the communication conditions of the software (RSCWIN).
Baud rate:4800
parity:no parity
data bit: 8 bits
stop bit: 1 bit
4. Transfer the serial number from the software (RSCWIN) to the ADP-611.
Setting command: STXS 12345678 ETX
serial number: 12345678
5. Make sure that the serial number has been set up.
Request command STX#vETX
Reply data STX#vADP-611 model name 8 letters
1.01 ROM version 6 letters
030924 ROM creation date 6 letters

Follow the steps below in order to check the resistance of the heater tube:
Measure the resistance of the heater tube with a digital multimeter and check if the resistance value is
within the acceptance criterion of 54.50~65.49Ω. Input the obtained resistance value into the ADP-611
after rounding to the nearest whole number. Make sure that the value is correctly input.

Follow the steps below in order to calibrate the flow sensor unit and check if calibration can correctly be
performed:
Connect the tube of the air pump unit to the GAS IN fitting on the back of the main unit. Connect bubbler
tube to the flow inspecting unit. Turn on the air pump.
Turn on the ADP-611 while pressing the [Select] key.
(Version No. will appear on the display, and then “50” will appear and flash.)
Set the gas line to Carry.
Adjust the flow rate to 50ml/min.
Press the [Gas] key. (The potential at 50ml/min will be saved.)
("200" will appear and flash.)
Adjust the flow rate to 200ml/min.
Press the [Gas] key. (The potential at 200ml/min will be saved.)
("300" will appear and flash.)
Adjust the flow rate to 300ml/min.
Press the [Gas] key. (The potential at 300ml/min will be saved.)
Once you have completed the above operation, turn off every instrument and apparatus.
Note: Make sure to perform a leak check before doing the above.

【Special key operation】

When error E-5 is shown: Turn on the ADP-611 while pressing the UP and DOWN keys simultaneously.
Enter the initial value 60.
When error E-6 is shown: Adjust the heating tube temperature while pressing the [Gas] key. Enter the
initial value 12.
When error E-7 is shown: Adjust the flow rate while pressing the UP and [Select] keys simultaneously.
Enter the initial value 3.
