Pilot Testing
Pilot Testing
To ensure the functionality and good performance of Medical Face Shield, we have made a
rehearsal of our research study. This process is called pilot testing where we approached a
selected group of end users to try the system under test and provide feedback before we
produced the full deployment system of Medical Face Shield. Pilot testing also helps in early
detection of bugs in the system. By doing this, we can improve the Medical Face Shield
performance and effectiveness.
The most common method of testing is to continuously test the system to find out the
problem of the system. These weaknesses are then sent back to the development team as bug
reports, and these bugs are fixed in the next build of the system. This process will answer the
question whether the product has a potential market or not. Pilot Testing is important because
it helps in many ways like debugging software and procedures used for testing, better
decision on time and resources allocation, and gives a team chance to practice activities they
will use for usability test.
There are a few steps to conduct a Pilot Testing process in our company. The steps are
as the following below:
Step 1: Create a pilot plan
- Draft out a detailed plan that cuts across every aspect of the product which is
Face Shield Mask.
Step 2: Prepare for the pilot test
- Gather all the tools, resources, and equipment needed to get the best result.
Step 3: Deploy and test the pilot test
- Gather a small number of customers or test participants to do the pilot testing.
Step 4: Evaluate the pilot test
- Collect the feedback and data from the participants for the analysis. Interpret
the data to discover critical insights.
Step 5: Prepare for production
- Prepare to produce the finalized product of Face Shield Mask.
