CAPACITY BUILDING
To strengthen and empower the implementation of the
SBM-Wins’ activities and projects, the school ensures
that Capacity Building is established to achieve its
stable and long term expectations and standards.
Avocacy and compaign are vital in addressing
prevailing problems among its eternal and external
stakeholders.Substantial practices promote
collaboration, mitigating measures and initiatives to
arrive at the best resources and solutions in urgency.
SBM-WinS principles and practices are integrated in
the school’s objectives, planning, implementing,
monitoring and evaluation.
Seminar-workshops and community linkages
guarantee the most posiotive-results and success.

WHEREAS, the PTA aims to pledge their commitment and initiative to provide free drinking water for all
students in school as a gesture of their support and assistance to School -Based Management Wash in School (SBM-WinS)
Program as part of Water System Category.
WHEREAS, the PTA of the school agreed to partake in the accomplishment of the School Improvement Plan
(SIP) particularly in the strengthening of linkages and community support and resources of GAD and SBM WinS’ programs
, activities and projects (PAPs) as one of its Priority Improvement Areas (PIAs).
WHEREAS, to provide a school facility and resources that meets the standards for adolescent -friendly
environment for our learners , it is deemed wise to provide a free, safe , , and sufficient drinking water available at all times
within the schoolNow, therefore , by motion of MRS. GIRLNA A CERILOS - duly seconded by JONELA S. LACAY,
an intention was raised IN PROPOSING THE PTA TO SUPPORT THE PROVISION OF FREE DRINKING WATER
IN SCHOOL AT ALL TIMES
.
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY APPROVED , A RESOLUTION PROPOSING THE PTA TO SUPPORT THE
PROVISION OF FREE DRINKING WATER IN SCHOOL AT ALL TIMES LAST JUNE 01, 2019 AT SLNHS,
SAN LUIS, SARA, ILOILO.
