NOTICE

Ref: Bairgania P.S Case No.230 of 2015

With respect to the case in reference it has been brought to the notice of this Court
that through Order dated 19.03.2016 communicated to you vide Letter No.1049
dated 19.03.2016 you were directed to release the goods attached in the execution of
the process U/s 83 Cr.P.C against the accused Satyendra Thakur in favour of
Dharmendra Thakur, S/o Mahesh Thakur, Vill- Bel,P.S- Bairgania,Distt- Sitamarhi
on proper identification.
But you have not complied with the order of the Court till date and have
therefore willfully disobeyed the order of the Court.
You are therefore directed to appear physically on 05.05.2016 and show cause why
not suitable action be taken against you for the willful disobedience of the order of
the Court along with recommendation for disciplinary proceeding against you.
