*WHAT IS LOCOMOTOR MOVEMENTS?

Locomotor movements is movement can help us move from one place to another. This
take place in different directions and with varying speeds. We develop locomotor skills starting
at birth when we begin to wiggle and squirm, roll over, army crawl, crawling, kneel walk, and then
walking.

Locomotor movement is all about activities is that they help to develop spatial
awareness, balance, coordination of the larger limbs, visual-spatial awareness, cardiovascular
fitness, and the more they are done the more pathways the brain will make to accommodate the
muscle memory learning.

Anatomical movements can be defined as the act or instance of moving the bodily
structures or as the change of position in one or more of the joints of the body. Joint actions are
described in relation to the anatomical position which is the universal starting position for
describing movement.
