3.0 PROJECT DESCRIPTION
My business name is BYDDE.A COLLECTION. It is jewelry for women. As a business startup for
my sales target, I only focus on UiTM students. I chose this jewelry for my business because
it doesn't need to spend a lot of capital and I have found a supplier of the product that I want
to sell at a low price. In addition, the next is to factor in choosing the proposed business. One
of the most important factors why I chose to start a career selling jewelry is because once
upon a time, I didn't know anything about fashion. My friends at school always make fun of
me because I'm not good at fashion. So I don't want this kind of thing to happen to the
students here.
Futhermore, I also sell this jewelry at a price students can afford. This is because I also
understand life as a student. Not everyone can afford it, there are some who only have
enough money for food, there are also students who are willing to work part time to earn
more money. So with the existence of my business, students can buy jewelry at a cheap price,
most importantly, they don't have to wait long because the items I sell are ready stock. To
start the business, I only bought 30 sets, if my business gets a response I will increase the
amount of stock for sale.

Also, what I want to highlight in my business is that I always want my customers to feel happy
when they buy products with me. I also spent a little capital to buy free gifts like hair clips.
This is because even if the things I give my customers seem like worthless, I'm sure my
customers will definitely use them. In the meantime, any free gifts that customers get, they
will definitely be able to make them feel appreciated. Finally, although this is not my
permanent business, it taught me a lot of knowledge in this business. I have learned
something new just to run this business. In a business perspective, just always be the best
positive person you can be.
I was shy, low in confidence, fearful of interacting with others, and concerned that my things
wouldn't sell before I started my business. This might demonstrate how, operating a business
for the previous month, has improved me as a person and made me more confident to
conduct business with customers and learn more about business. With more confidence now,
I'll keep going and give every one of my customers the greatest service possible. Additionally,
the future is undoubtedly bright, regardless of the type of business we manage.

FINANCIAL FLOW
As everyone is aware, having adequate finances is essential for starting a business, whether
you're a woman or a man. in order for them to have a prosperous business. It is the same for
me even if I only sell in a small amount. Here is my straightforward financial flow for the first
month of business:

5.0 EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING
I sold jewellery for this ENT300 assignment for just one month, and during that time I
dealt with a variety of customers, both good and bad. At the start of my business, I
could say that the majority of my customers are doing fine. In fact, it touches me when
people get in touch with me to inquire about purchasing it again. I become more
energetic and optimistic as a result. I've also discovered that we must first treat others
good if we want them to treat us kindly.
Gaining a customer's trust is crucial to persuading them that the product they are
buying is worthwhile. The business activity I performed for my assignment taught me
a few things. The very first thing I discovered was that since the customer is always
right, we must treat them respectfully and cannot act in a disrespectful manner. Next,
when we make the decision to launch a business, we need to cultivate an optimistic
mindset because, if we have a pessimistic outlook, we will give up easily and lack the
drive to deal with the challenges that will arise as the venture is being carried out.

6.0 CONCLUSION
In conclusion, I've learned a lot of important lessons from running this business. I am also
appreciative of the chance this initiative has given me to start a business. I learned a lot
during the course of running this business because I had no prior knowledge of the
industry, how to convince clients to make purchases, or how to set prices to make a profit.
I learned everything I know about the industry through this assignment. At this point, I
also realise that the success or failure of a startup is determined by how well it is managed.
I am quite satisfied and proud of the achievements I have made throughout the years.
It works well enough for a beginner like myself. By learning something new, I was able to
gain new knowledge and experience. As a result, I could understand a businessman's
struggle and exhaustion.
