“Assessment Report on Social Anxiety”

Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale (LSAS) is a clinical rating

scale created to assess social phobia. LSAS assesses the range of
social interaction and performance situations that patients with
social phobia fear and avoid. The test was administered on a 20-
year-old male named ‘Muhammad Shaheer’. He belongs to the
middle socio-economic class and lives in a nuclear family
system.
In order to get total of anxiety and avoidance, their subscores
were calculated separately by dividing them into two categories
i.e. performance and social.
