Factory Acceptance Test for Major Equipment All Factory Acceptance Test shall be witnessed by the Employer, Project Engineering Consultant (PEC) and Mechanical and Electrical Consultant. If overseas visits are required, all necessary expenditure shall deem to be included ie. Return economy class airfare, accommodation, food, local transportation, out-of-pocket expenses etc. for 3 representatives from Employer including PEC Factory Acceptance test report for the major equipment shall contain the following information: i Reference to specification and internationally/ recognized standards. i, Extract if relevant section of test standard. ili, Procedure in carrying out tests. iv. List of calibrated measuring instruments and gauges. v. Calibration report for measuring instruments and gauges from recognized institute or laboratory. vi. A plot of measured performance data against manufacturer's published performance curves. vi. Signature of manufacture’s engineer who conducted the test. vii ignatureofProject Engineering Consultantwhowitnessedthetest(if applicable). P6-25
