1.0 In the interest of the service, the following employees from the Systems and
Productivity Improvement Bureau, are hereby authorized to participate in the
above-mentioned event on May 4-7, 2023 (inclusive of travel period) in Boracay,

2.0 All expenses related to the said travel, including the registration fee, shall be
charged against DBM funds subject to existing budgeting, accounting, and auditing
rules and regulations.

3.0 The participants shall submit to the Administrative Service - Human Resource
Development Division their Training Evaluation Form, training materials, and a
copy of their training certificates on the prescribed deadline consistent with the
PRIME Advisory on Internal Reportorial Requirements.
