BEFORE
CLASS
Let us put
ourselves in the
holy presence of
GOD.
 Dear God,

We come before
you today as we
begin this class.
We ask for your
guidance and
wisdom as we
learn and grow
together.
Please help us to
stay focused and
engaged
throughout the
class, and to
retain the
knowledge that is
shared with us.
We also pray
for our
teacher and
all those who
will be
leading us in
this class.
 Please give
them the
patience,
knowledge,
and skill they
need to
effectively
convey the
material to us.
 Finally, we ask
that you watch
over us and
keep us safe
throughout this
class and
beyond.
 Help us to
be
respectful
and kind to
one another,
and to
always seek
the truth in
our studies.
 We ask all
these things
in your holy
name.
