The Assignment

Complete the following steps:

1. Decide whom to invite to the meeting. Explain your decision

In order to avoid certain safety risks in the manufacturing area, a meeting with certain
people from different areas should be planned to discuss the improvements of the
company. First of all, the Assistant vice president of operations must be present, since
he is in charge of designing and creating strategies for the proper functioning of the
company. Followed by the Director of Operations, since a person who is in charge of
the company's expenses will be needed when implementing new security measures. As
well as the Manager of Human Resources, he must always be present before any
arrangement that is wanted to be made in the company, since he will ensure that the
established policies and guidelines of the company are being respected. Last but not
least, the Regulatory compliance officer must also be present at the meeting, since he is
in charge of supervising the environment, preventing some risk situations.

2. Develop your objectives and end products.

The objective of the company is that both workers and people with disabilities can

obtain a safe and healthy workplace, apart from that they want to comply with the

regulations of the United States law so as not to have conflicts in the future.First and

foremost for the manufacturing area, it is important that workers have work clothing

where they can feel safe, on the other hand the company has to make an investment to

obtain easy access for disabled people.

3. Establish the agenda for the meeting.

Dear Colleagues

I would like to address some issues I have identified these past few days, therefore i
have planned a meeting to discuss these concerns and to get to an agreement with you
all. The main topics we will discuss are regarding the safety hazards in each area and
the lack of access to those employees and clients with disabilities. Not only that but also
i would like to discuss the importance of maintaining a good cultural organization in
which each employee can understand the reglaments to be followed
