Jennie and her family took a trip to London last summer, flying there and staying in a hotel near Tower Bridge. They took a city tour by bus and saw many landmarks like the London Eye and Nelson's Column. The next day, they visited the massive British Library housing 14 million books and a wax museum displaying movie characters. On their final full day, they shopped at Harrods after exploring the shops and street performers at Covent Garden. Though tiring with much walking, the family greatly enjoyed seeing the sights of London.

My name is Jennie. Last summer, my family and I went to
London. We went there by airplane. There was me, my parents and my brother Tom. The hotel that we stayed is nearby the famous bridge in London called Tower Bridge. We had our city tour by bus at Victoria bus station. We saw many interesting places such as the King's Cross railway station, The London Eye, Regent's Park and Nelson's Column. During our city tour, my family and I were amazed by the tall buildings and monuments there until we almost missed our next stop.
The next day, we went to the British library. Once again,
we were mesmerized by the size and structure of the library where fourteen million books were kept there. That was fantastic. After that, we went to a wax museum. I met all the movie characters wax statues and they were amazing. On the third day, we visited Covent Garden. The street was filled with many stalls, cafes, restaurants and street performances. Next, we went to Harrods that was known as the world's most famous shopping centre to buy some souvenir before going back. We were all very tired because we had to walk a lot to see everything but we enjoyed ourselves a lot.
