1. Visualizes and describes the different Solid Figures: Cube, Prism, Pyramid, Cylinder, Cone and
Sphere

B. Developmental Activities
1. Introduction
- Let the pupils watch the Video
2. Teaching/Modelling
- The teacher will discuss further the following solid figures: Cube, Prism, Pyramid,
Cylinder, Cone and Sphere
Questions:
a. What is the video all about?
b. What is a Solid Figure?
c. How many faces, edges, vertices(vertex) are there in a Cube? Prism? Cone? Sphere?
Pyramid?
3. Guided Practice
- The classes will be divided into four groups. Each group will be given a net of a Solid
Figures. The group will assemble the net. After the given time, the group will choose a
presenter to describe the net they formed.
