    Find the statistics or determine the statistics of water related disease and air borne disease case in
    Nigeria

    ANSWER

    Example of water related disease is Cholera

    The Federal Ministry of Health reported 37,289 cases and 1,434 deaths between January and
    October 2010,

    Suspected cases =37,289

    Death = 1434

    1434/37289×1000/1

    =0.03845 ×1000

    = 38.4

    Fatality rate = 38.4

    b. Example of air related diseases

    Measles in 2020

    Suspected cases= 9316

    Death = 55

    55/9316 ×1000/1

    =0.0059 ×1000

    =5.9

    Fatality rate = 5.9
