Dear Sirs,

Vide your Letter ref.No Dated December 22; 2022 we received your comments on our submission
for the type of road traffic making implemented for the safety of road user and we hereby present
our response for subject matter for your review and subsequent action.

1) In response to the type of pavement marking specified on Employer requirement

In regards to traffic marking material; Employer Requirement section 6.12.4 Traffic

Marking Material states “the contractor shall furnish and install pavement marking in
accordance with ERA Standard Specification 2013”. So, as the traffic marking furnishing
and installation shown on ERA STS 2013 for paint (road marking paint), we opt to use
the paint for road traffic marking

2) In response to give reference for the alleged problem and disadvantage of Thermoplastic
marking

Common thermoplastic road marking problems has been referred from Zhenjiang Rays
Traffic Tech Co. Ltd publication and we hereby attached the document for your further
reference.

Thus; we requesting your esteemed office to use Paint (road marking paint) as road traffic
marking for the safety of road user.
