The fee for this exam is $24.00. If you choose to pay with a credit or debit card, you will be charged a
convenience fee. If you pay by eCheck, you will not be charged a convenience fee.

The exam fee will permit you to take the final exam on the date selected. If you are successful at this
exam, a Food Protection Certificate will be mailed to you.

Effective August 1st, 2022, the final exam will be offered in-person only at the following location:

Riverside Health Center

Health Academy

160 w 100 Street, 3rd floor

New York, NY 10025

You will receive an e-mail confirmation one week before the final exam date.
