The theme for this years Total defence Day is I Will. It is a pledge taken by us as Singaporeans to defend what we hold dear. There are many things we can do to protect our home and way of life. It could be a life saving skill, conserving energy or donating blood. . Your pledge begins with I will. Example : I will stay health and fit to defend the people I love. I will relish all opportunities to feed Singapores hunger for excellence and growth.

I will use my first-aid skills to help anyone who is in need.
