    For Wilmont’s this project is an small proof of concept where team members will work on this project implementation and integration at the same time
    other day to day activities (assumes as is not mentioned any criticality nor priority). For this reason, the Organization Chart established is a Weak Matrix
    Organization.
    There has been assigned an Operations Project Manager that will coordinate Operations activities as well as two Information Project Leads (Systems and
    Security)
    CIO and Operations VP will have to ensure proper communication for the success of the project.
