Write an Interview Paper in APA format tackling three (3) of the following
ethical issues:
a. Attorney-Client Relationship
b. Conflict of Interest
c. Negligence/Dereliction of Duty
d. Confidentiality of client’s data
e. Infidelity to client’s cause
f. Notarial Malpractice
g. Solicitation of Business
h. Using of falsified/altered evidence, intemperate language
i. Use of Social Media as a lawyer and as a private citizen
j. Barratry/Ambulance Chasing
Instructions:
1. Interview a member of the Bar regarding your chosen topics,
exploring their opinion, experience and how they deal with these
ethical issues.
2. Before the conduct of the interview, an interview guide must be
provided and must be submitted in PDF format thru email on or
before March 25, 2023 at raizakheyllorico@gmail.com.
3. Consent of the lawyer must be sought before being interviewed,
stating clearly the purpose of the interview.
4. The Interview Paper must include a Title Page, Abstract, Main
Body (with sub-topics), Analysis, and References
5. Interview Paper must be no less than 5 pages, excluding the
Reference Page.
6. The Interview Paper must be submitted on or before April 10,
2023, in PDF format thru email at raizakheyllorico@gmail.com.
