INTRODUCTION & Preliminaries:

Good afternoon, ladies, and gentlemen, mesdames and sirs.

They say, “To be inspired is great, but to inspire is an honor.”

Each day we try our very best to lead by example. Whether we

realize it or not or whether it is positive or negative, we are
influencing those around us. Hence, our role as leaders is very
much crucial.
Today’s occasion highlights a leader who leaves a grand and
unique leadership legacy and another leader who is coming back
home to show once more his never-failing love for public service.
This is Jay Loren Tabugay, Head Teacher III, Namabbalan
Integrated School, and welcome to SDO Tuguegarao City’s Send
Off and Welcome Program for the outgoing and incoming SDSs
of SDO Tuguegarao City dubbed as PAPPABATTANG anna
PANAFUNG.

To formally begin this historical event, may we stand for the
Opening Prayer, to be led by Pastor Jose Sario E. Poblete, FPTA
President, to be followed by the singing of the Philippine National
Anthem thru an Audio-Visual Presentation.

WELCOME REMARKS:
To welcome us all in this noble undertaking, may we call on Dr.
Estela S. Cabaro, CID Chief.
INTERMISSION:
To entertain us all, may we witness various special numbers and
messages from the four districts of SDO Tuguegarao City and
from the Division Office Proper. We start with the ---East District.

Our Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Marites L.
Llanes, shall now deliver her message.

MESSAGE (MAYOR):
This time we listen to the message of our first ever lady City
Mayor, Hon. Maila Rosario Ting- Que.

MESSAGE (RD):
Our Assistant Regional Director, Officer In-Charge, Office of the
Regional Director, Dr. Florante E. Vergara, CESO V, shall now
deliver his message.

INTERMISSION:
Next up for another intermission number, may we call on the
select Tuguegarao East Central School pupils.

TURN-OVER & MESSAGE (SDS REY):
SPIEL: He empowered us with the power of knowledge,
motivated us with the best tutelage, helped us move ahead with
unending motivation. As a leader and a human being, he is a true
inspiration.
Dr. Reynante Z. Caliguiran, outgoing Schools Division
Superintendent, shall now do the ceremonial turn-over of the
Division Education Development Plan to the incoming Schools
Division Superintendent who will be introduced in a while.

you, we are going to miss for sure. Your sense of humor and
sense of style, we will fondly remember for quite a while. Your
skills, your abilities, and your star qualities, will be recalled, along
