2. Please be informed that on or about 12:10PM of February 09, 2023 a shooting
incident transpired at, Barangay Bongtod, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur wherein the victim
Engr Aldrin M Arinzano, 30 years old, married and a resident of barangay Bioto, Tandag City
Surigao del Sur, and work as Civil Engineer at department of Public Works and Highways
(DPWH), Tandag City, was shot by Merben A. Ladera also kwown as Loloy 27 years old,
Single, Tricycle Driver, a resident of Barangay Mabua, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur. A
witness Kit Jasper Antonio also known as kitkit carenderia owner, married, a resident of
barangay Bongtod, Tnadag City, Surigao del Sur. Witness saw the suspect shoot the victim
while eating his lunch in his carenderia and take the bag of the victim, after the alleged
shooting incident witmess make a telephone call to the police station on the above
mentioned time and date. The victim was brought to the nearest hospital but declared dead
on arrival. The motive of the incident is undetermined , the case still under Investigation
and the suspect is at large. Police operation is being conducted for the possible arrest of
suspect.
