Our work immersion journey was full of mixed emotions. We laugh, we struggle,
and we overcome. This journey is a summary of learning, even though we still learned a lot.

We usually Print, sort, check exam paper and quizzes, and record which taught us

Inside those days, we Joven Rexel B. Tadeo, Brent Hendrick T. Tadeo, Dyron
Leomar B. Ibay and Ericka T. Bernardez were able to showcase our skills to the people
whom we interacted with. We performed all the learnings we got from the school and
practiced and familiarized with the systems and nature of work environment. We the
workers in the principal’s office, are scheduled to go to our work places at 7 am in the
morning until 5pm. We are assigned every Fridays but we have a work in school that has
We woke up early every time and go to our work immersion site and do the work as
our requirement as a Grade 12 students. Just like everybody said, we thought that would be
just an easy job to do. We thought we will work there just to fill the requirements for us to
graduate. But we were wrong, we never thought we would feel this kind of relief inside us
during and after our immersion, and we never thought we would experience new things
which are very different from before. This work immersion mold us to be a better person

academic responsibility but also in responsible and respectful. In our work place, in
Principal’s office, we are surrounded by respectful people such as teachers, visitors and
parents which we are responsible in showing high respect to them. And the fact that we are

Respect for others is to have unbiased consideration and regard for the rights,
values. beliefs and property of all people. To hold in special regard someone's opinions,
talents and/or abilities, reflects your own values and standards. It also shares what we
believe in, and in part, what we see or would like to see in ourselves. By respecting others,
we show the attitude of friendliness and comfort towards them. Listening to other people's
thoughts, feelings and desires without judgment, allows us to respect them for who they are,
Very often, we impose our own ideas on others without being able to respect other
people's inherent differences. Everyone we encounter has a unique moral fiber that has
created who they are and how they think. Being able to allow others to express themselves
in their own way will open your mind to different theories and information that might not
be part of your mindset. Respecting other people in our personal and professional
environments will encourage the same respect be given to you, in return we show respect
by speaking and acting with courtesy. Always treat people the way you would want to be
treated: with civility and dignity. We ask ourselves if at any time during our day: Did our
verbiage or actions ridicule, embarrass or hurt other people? We become aware of how Did
