Reflection about Filipino women’s lives in the early days of Spanish colonization?

In the early days of Spanish colonization of the Philippines, the lives of Filipino women were greatly
affected by the patriarchal and Catholic beliefs of the colonizers. Women were expected to fulfill
traditional roles such as being a wife and mother, and were not given the same opportunities for
education and employment as men. They were also subject to the control and manipulation of Spanish
colonial officials and Catholic priests. Despite these challenges, many Filipino women were able to resist
and challenge the oppressive systems imposed upon them through acts of resistance such as joining
revolutionary movements and preserving traditional customs and practices. They are in their house and
not able to school they do the household chore and not to take the opportunity of education, the only
to take the opportunity of education is only the male who need to pursue their degree in
education.Somehow women did only at the house, the manage works. In the age of 13 they need to
marriage a men and give baby to them, even of not they are only to do the household chores. The
women are has an ability to do the works of other men but the government didn’t agree about their
decision of life but to become a mother a house worker. In that generation I don’t want to be back to
that because I don’t want women to suffer from being a mother and a worker give them opportunity to
take education and to hold a degree not just to live in the home .Womens has an ability to work,
womens had an ability the same as in the man . That’s why let in this generation to be forgive. And let’s
respect the women’s ability and also they are capable to those works or job just like in the men’s .
Women’s ,be thankful for a new generation because you are now able to hold a degree to work and not
only to do household chores in a whole day. Because I can see my mother doing the household chore I
can felt that they are more stressful of that work , we can see that they do all just for us to grow and to
support in our study not just like they other. Even if they are bad sometimes but let be just hold on
because our mom will be always our mom. No other women do just like your mom, no other people
love you just like your mom. Our mom support us to study because they believe that you are a life
sentence and they believe that you are the best for them. And in the new generation women’s can do all
the work or jobs of the man and also man can do all job or work just like women’s .God gave us birth to
come up the challenges in life and also God see us that we are in the same level. Let be thankful for
everything and lets be respect in every genders don’t be like homophobic or had a homophobia. Don’t
look down for those in down but look them up to support there challenges. Look everyone that we are
in the same level.Because women can do just like mens and mens can do just like women’s.

Discuss how history affects the world and how one cope with present and future problems and
possibilities.

History plays a crucial role in shaping the world we live in today. It informs our understanding of current
events, helps us make sense of the complexities of our world and allows us to learn from the mistakes
and successes of the past. One way to cope with present and future problems is to study history and
learn from the experiences of those who came before us. By understanding the causes of past conflicts
and crises, we can better anticipate and prevent similar situations from arising in the future.

Additionally, by studying the successes and failures of past societies, we can learn from their
experiences and apply those lessons to our own lives and communities. It is also important to remember
that history is not always a linear progression, and that the future is not predetermined. Therefore it is
important to be open-minded and adaptable, and be willing to consider multiple perspectives and
possibilities. In summary, by studying history, we can better understand our present and anticipate our
future, and have a better chance of making informed decisions and creating a better world for ourselves
and future generations.
