BOOKING AND RESERVATION AGREEMENT

Reservations are done thru Casa Joebel's FB messenger ONLY. We do not accept walk-ins.

A deposit fee of 50% of the total amount within24-48 hours must be settled to confirm booking.

Reservation will be 50% plus ₱2,000 incidental deposit.

The remaining balance must be settled not later than 24 hours prior the check-in date.

ALL RATES are subject to change without prior notice.

Incidental cost of 2,000 PHP constitutes of: 

-Lost of Items (e.g. pillows, blanket, decorative items, etc)
-Damage property(s)
-Excess guests
-Extra Cleaning Fee
-Check-out hours extensions

The incidental cost is 100% refundable the DAY AFTER check-out date in case no damages found in the premises
and will be returned thru Money transfer. This will be done upon clearance from our resort attendant. Guest
should accompany the resort attendant before & after while checking the area.

CANCELLATIONS and NO SHOW POLICY

Once reservation is confirmed, guests are allowed to modify or cancel their reservation 8 days before the date of
arrival/check in without incurring any penalty. (Full refund)

For cancellations, less than 7 days, and events when the guest failed to show up in the arrival date (No show), only
50% of the downpayment will be refunded.

Also, we STRICTLY FOLLOW the check-in and out time.

HOUSE RULES

COOKING, DRINKING & EATING

Cooking, eating & drinking inside the rooms are not allowed.
There are designated cooking/ grilling areas inside the resort available for use. Kindly bring your own charcoal,
tongs, and fan.

We strictly implement the "Clean as you go" policy when using the grilling/ cooking area. 

Guests are responsible for the use of kitchen wares. Wash them BEFORE & AFTER use for safety purposes.

CLEANLINESS
All wastes must be disposed into the garbage cans to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the place during
your stay.

DAMAGES
Linen stains due to spillage that cannot be removed by deep cleaning will be charged to your bill.
Any damages and every incidental loss, which occurs in any part of the resort or of any property or equipment
belonging to the resort during the stay will be charged accordingly.

POWER CONSUMPTION
Kindly turn off the lights and the air conditioning unit if you intend to stay outdoors for a considerably long time to
help save energy and nature.

We discourage guest to bring electrical appliances such as heaters, rice cookers, air pots, and alike. Using such
will be allowed provided that it will be charged Php 500.00 per unit for the whole stay.

SMOKING AREA
In relation to R.A. 9211 and EO 26, we have assigned a definite smoking area inside the resort. The rest of the
resort must be maintained "smoke free".

DEADLY WEAPONS
Carrying guns, deadly weapons and the like is strictly prohibited.

The management reserves the right to inspect all the bags upon entry to the resort. Seized items will be subject for
safe keeping until check out time.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Be mindful of your personal belongings. The management will not be held responsible for the loss.

SWIMMING
Observe proper swimming attire.
ALLOWED: Swim wear, white t-shirt, board shorts, swimming trunks, rash-guard, spandex, or nylon.

NOT ALLOWED: Colored t-shirts, denim or maong, underwear.

Running around the pool area, jumping and diving in the pool are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Parents and Guardians are primary responsible for the behavior and safety of their children.

Wearing of diapers is not allowed in the pool.

A cleansing shower must be taken before entering the pool.

No band aides or people with open wounds, stitches or skin diseases are allowed in the pool.

Other Important Reminders:

- Guests that are not included upon booking are not allowed. We are strictly practicing ATF capacity.
- Guests are encouraged to be responsible for their pet's pee and poop.
- Drink responsibly.
- STRICTLY NO EATING & DRINKING IN THE POOL AREA.
- Please observe silence as we are located in a residential area. Use of karaoke is up to 10pm ONLY (noise
curfew).
- AVOID sticking anything on the walls.

It is your responsibility to put right the damage or to make full payment to the resort before departure and to
indemnify us against any losses, damages or claims made against us.
