1. To boost team performance, I would set objectives for team cohesion plans. When
each member works towards a common objective, work becomes easier and also gives
good outcomes. As a team leader I would set numerous goals which we would work on
as a team. I would also not neglect their efforts and involve them in goal setting
process. Through this, there will be cohesion in the team which will also increase team
performance with the team members from different countries.

2. Task conflict can be managed easily than relationship conflict for staff management.
Leaders might use a hands-off tactic to the condition and permit workers to solve the
issue by themselves. Relationship conflict is based on emotions and can turn a working
setting into an undesirable environment and make everybody less industrious. Instant
mediations by the administration is required to prevent reducing workers output.

Work conflict normally result to more beneficial results in the end than the group begun
with.

3. Coercive power. It is gotten from a person’s competence to motivate others through


authorizations, punishments or even extortions. I will be in a situation to request the
work from them, and they are required to report to me thus coercive power would be
suitable for me. Person’s ability to fire, criticize or punish other workers is the coercive
power. It assists in controlling worker’s behaviors by insisting them to stick to norms and
policies of the organization.

4. Cognitive, practical intelligence and emotional assists in making a leader stronger


and boosts their capabilities while performing their tasks. Emotional aptitude assists the
leaders to get connected to their feelings and comprehend their state of mind. Cognitive
aptitude assists in balancing those feelings with experience and aptitude and learn from
their errors.
