    DIV Cartridge of Check Valve In for LC-2010

    1. Please note the Cartridge Housing cannot be opened since it is very difficult,
    we would request all of you to quote the same to customer as a consumable
    spares.

    2. Please check the connector of DIV cartridge, one pair of Pins the resistance
    should be 106 Ohms that is Coil (+/- 5 Ohms tolerance) and the other pair pins
    would be opened.

    3. Use 12mm spanner and grind it and use it to open the DIV cartridge Assy.

    4. DIV Cartridge Assy should be sonicated using IPA, Methanol and Water.

    5. The flow direction of DIV cartridge is Uni-directional.

    6. Please note that we received 2 complaints so far about DIV Cartridge Assy
    that is one from CIPLA, Mumbai where the housing was totally missing and
    the other from SPARC where the coil is not giving the resistance values. This
    is FYI.

    7. When you install the cartridge Housing bigger hole should be bottam and
    small hole should be on the topside to pump head.
